Exciting news! BOOK BLAST STARTS TONIGHT!!!
Today, our students learned about the Book Blast Program and the importance of having their own books at home. Tonight, we are asking you to take 7 minutes to support our Student Home Library initiative.

1. Register your student(s).
2. Send invitations to at least 10 friends or family members to support our students (Don’t worry, all the information you provide is secure and only used for this program.)

State Testing begins this week!
This week Grades 3,4,5 begin state testing. We will be giving students the Illinois Assessment of Readiness. Below we are attaching the Owen Marsh schedule and a parents tip page.

Most important is students going to bed early and being well rested the days of the tests.
The other is eating a healthy breakfast and having the energy to do their best!!! :)

Ground breaking Day Update
Hey OME families,
Tuesday's groundbreaking event is more for a Media photo opportunity and we need to limit attendance, due to space, parking etc, Therefore, we ask that parents and families hold off on attending this event, but be assured when we have the ribbon cutting everyone will be invited!!!

There will only be an A game at 5:30. Due to a player shortage at Feitshans.
We will then have practice for any A or B team player who would like to attend at Marsh from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
